Join us, along with Kalin Sheick, for five days in one of the most breathtaking, gobsmackingly gorgeous areas of the world: The Cape Winelands of South Africa. We'll immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of sprawling vineyards and exquistely manicured gardens set against the backdrop of the majestic, mountaneous skyline.
Each day will be a new adventure, from private tastings at historic estates to strolling through botanical masterpieces showcasing the region's diverse flora and meeting those who are dedicated to preserving it.

During the week we'll visit the nearby towns of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek and indulge in the flavors of award-winning wines paired with gourmet meals. We'll make our way through the countryside by bike, by train, tasting and savoring as we go, delighting in the glorious landscapes. Whether you're a garden enthusiast or simply seeking a serene escape with fun-loving folks, this trip promises an enriching experience that captures the essence of the Cape's unique blend of natural beauty, cultural heritage and world-class hospitality
The Experience
The Gardens
We'll head to nearby Vergelegen Wine Estate where we will tour their phenomenal gardens. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a picnic lunch in the camphor forest. We'll also tour Babylonstoren Gardens, the oldest Dutch farm in the Cape — an absolutely incredible place. They have a farm to fork restaurant, make their own fine wines and we'll enjoy one of their amazing workshops!
Franschhoek Wine Tram
We'll spend a day in gorgeous Franschhoek wine country, touring the top wineries on a wine tram. Yep, that's right! There's a train that goes from one winery to another! We'll arrive in time at the station for morning coffees and beignets then depart! We'll stop for lunch at a top winery, of course.
Cycle tour of the wineries
We'll have the chance to cycle through a selection of prestigious wine estates, each offering its own unique blend of history, ambiance and, of course, exceptional wines. We'll sample crisp whites and robust reds, all while learning about the winemaking process from local experts.
We'll stay in a beautiful, family-owned, historic farm in the heart of the Cape Winelands. With eight bedrooms, both single and double options available, plus a newly added luxury guest house, this property can host up to eighteen guests comfortably. The grounds has a pool and a gym along with several spacious living areas perfect for gathering. Just forty-five minutes from Cape Town, it's centrally located to all our daily excursions.

Cape Town International Airport. Depending on everyone's arrival time, we will designate a convenient pick-up point on Feb 1 which will most likely be the same destination on the last day of the retreat for drop off.

Yes, absolutely. When you book, there's an option to add two nights onto the beginning of the trip in Cape Town and an additional two nights at a game reserve. Kalin and Regina will both be in attendance for the full 9 day trip!

All are welcome! It's an itinerary that would be enjoyable for anyone who likes to eat, laugh, walk, cook, cycle, wine taste and explore. (Children not permitted.)

Yes. When you register and pay your 30% nonrefundable deposit, you can opt into setting up a payment plan.

Deposits are nonrefundable unless there's a waiting list and someone would like to take your spot. In the case we are able to sell your spot, you will be refunded your deposit, less £150 admin / transaction fees.
