Experience
Dijon and the larger region of Burgundy are made to taste. With their gastronomic history of mustard-making, as well as being the home to some of the world's best wine... we are going to sample and enjoy it all!
Savoring Dijon
Aside from exploring and discovering this wonderful city's history, architecture and culture, we'll sample its unique flavours with a local guide at the town's market which is set up to specifically showcase its amazing culinary traditions. We will also be sure not to miss the local, world-famous mustard atelier where they've been making mustard since the 1300s!
e-Bike through Burgundy
With our trusted expert guide we'll ride through charming medieval villages and visit wineries along the way to taste and learn about the region's long-standing wine-making traditions. We'll stop for a lunch of local specialties at a top winery before returning back to Dijon.
Art & Architecture
We’ll immerse ourselves in in Dijon’s rich art and architecture, where Gothic spires, Renaissance mansions, and medieval half-timbered houses line charming streets. Visit the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, now home to the Musée des Beaux-Arts, showcasing masterpieces from ancient to modern times.

I’m an accidental home cook turned food blogger, kitchen teacher, and cookbook author. I’m a self-taught homecook that first fell in love with cooking when I saw how meals can bring people together around a table.
My love for gathering around a table pushed me to become a more confident homecook so I can effortlessly bring delicious meals together and focus on what really matters, being with my people and keeping my joy. And now, I'd love for you to join me for a week in suggestive Burgundy! We'll tour, cook, and enjoy all the wonderful flavors of this fabulous, French region.”

The Accommodation
We'll stay in central Dijon at its premier, designer boutique hotel. Located in the heart of the city, it's part hotel, part bar and even has a karaoke room, should you be so inclined.

Most international flights arriving from the US will most likely go through Paris. Might be worth looking at flights through London or other European airport hubs as there are more options for European connections. Alternatively you can take a train from Paris if you have the inclination for a bit more of an adventure. (If you do, we recommend packing light!)

Yes. When you register and pay your 30% nonrefundable deposit, you can opt into setting up a payment plan.

Deposits are nonrefundable unless there's a waiting list and someone would like to take your spot. In the case we are able to sell your spot, you will be refunded your deposit, less £100 admin / transaction fees.
