Read this agreement thoroughly and carefully before purchasing; it contains important terms and conditions regarding the raffle you are purchasing and other important disclaimers.

1. Eligibility

- This raffle is open to legal residents of the United States and the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Duende Retreats are not eligible to participate.

- Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry

- To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the Duende Retreats website link. 

- All entries must be received by Friday, November 8, 2024. Late or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3. Prize

- The prize includes a private room with a private ensuite bathroom on our Gardens & Wineries of South Africa retreat with Kalin Sheick, Feb 1-6, 2026. This includes all meals, organized excursions and associated transportation for the duration of the retreat. 

- The total estimated value of the prize is $4000

- The prize does not include airfare, add-on travel options (pre-retreat add on in Cape Town or post-retreat Game Reserve trip), travel insurance, personal expenses, or any other costs not specifically mentioned.

4. Winner Selection

- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline.

- The drawing will take place on November 8th at Wreathfest, and the winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 3 business days.

- The winner must respond within 3 business days to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond, a new winner will be selected.

5. Prize Conditions

- The prize must be redeemed by November 11th, 2024, and travel must be completed by February 6th, 2026.

- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other goods or services.

- Any changes or cancellations by the winner will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities

- The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and fees associated with the prize.

- By entering the raffle, participants agree to comply with all applicable laws, including raffle and lottery laws in the US and UK.

7. Publicity

- By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Duende Retreats to use their name, likeness, and any statements for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

- Duende Retreats is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or damaged entries.

- Duende Retreats is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to the acceptance or use of the prize.

9. Governing Law

- This raffle is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
